Don't even think about breaking it if you do, and you could probably tell from the video that you can't push a button and even fold this thing up. That would have been 5 stars but the first one sent was already open, parts were missing and some parts we bent and snapped. The second one sent as a replacement was great! I would not recommend taking it off and traveling. Once you've assembled it carefully so the pieces don't snap, it might be best to just leave it alone. Great for the price, but not top quality. 4 stars for the price and the quality matches the price.

Assembled in minutes and took several portraits straight away. Yes, it requires some skill, but it's actually not as hard as some reviews claim. Just follow the video instructions. Nice solid softbox and Bowens sure fits my Neewer Vision5 flash light. The light is evenly diffused for some really great outdoor portraits. Overall excellent quality from Neewer again. My only complaint is that the external diffuser doesn't include Velcro, but I just added my own to keep it secure while recording.

I have several Bowen mount octaboxes including a 36" NEEWER version and a 47" version. THEY WERE ALL MUCH EASIER TO ASSEMBLE THAN the 24". The 47" is actually an umbrella design, no Bowens mounts (even easier to use). In contrast to square or rectangular soft boxes, octa boxes set rounded accents in the eyes. Installation is not difficult at all if you first install the poles in a criss-cross pattern and then add the remaining poles. If you try to go through the diameter you will find that the last bar or two is very difficult to insert.
