got this for church stock. the sound was good. couldn't ask for more. Works great for a microphone that isn't used all the time

Same sound as the SM58 for $20!

Not the same build quality but definitely the sound of "SM58", and for ONLY $20 INCLUDING the mic cable! Absolute victory, victory, victory!

Took a few days

Took a few days and then started working sporadically. Maybe I could take it apart and re-solder something, but I got a refund and paid another $5 for the Shure.

Great general purpose microphone

This is a well built microphone with a metal body that offers excellent value for money. The microphone itself is well made and feels solid in the hand. Its price makes it a good choice, especially for a studio like ours that needs a whole range of general purpose microphones. Outstanding sound quality!

Works great until it doesn't work anymore.

The microphone worked perfectly. At least the first two times it was used. The third time it happens to stop working and I have to fiddle with it to make it work. Then I took off the head when I heard something moving inside. Eventually I saw that one of the cables inside was broken. If it had lasted longer it would have been a great mic, but it broke too quickly and too easily.
