It's useless good for hand tools

I wish I could use it but the plastic label won't come off. I've tried using scissors, pliers, pressing the release button, etc. and the plastic tag hasn't moved. What a waste of my time!

Well done.: wrench

I had two of these wrenches. I gave one I can't believe how good they are at such a low price. You are strong. They outperformed the master ratchets I've had and they're pretty durable. I wish the tool had a longer handle, but you can still do a lot with this tool. The biggest work I've used is the front main seal/pulley. Worked well enough. Highly recommended. Makes a great addition to any tool box.

Very good quality keys at a reasonable price

Looks good and works as promised! Feels good if not better than a competing big name brand at homedepot that would cost twice as much! Very strong, I even counted all 72 teeth! The only thing that bothered me was that initially it took me a while to remove the plastic from the key as the plastic tab broke. I tried to press the release button but the plastic tab didn't move, but I managed to pull it out the end. It is best made in Taiwan, not China! Hooray!

Cons
  • Not as thick as other lockpicks

Sturdy and easy to use

Excellent construction, the length of the handle provides perfect leverage for tough jobs and the ratchet itself is strong enough to break most nuts although I recommend buying a shift rod would For safety. The locking mechanism ensures that the sockets don't just fall out, but can be quickly released when they're done with a simple push of a button. It's also easy to switch between tightening and loosening. This takes a lot of work as I try to get my machine to perform at its best and am…

Good value for money

I bought this because at my job all my outlets are rated for a half inch drive. I need a smaller half inch ratchet to work in machines with less space. So I bought this and cut the handle off right at the first ring below the Neiko logo. Now it's the perfect size. The lever is very good for its price. It's not super slim or indestructible, but it gets the job done. I definitely recommend it. Update: The forward-to-reverse shifter is very loose and very easy to accidentally hit it. Annoying, but

Really good ratchet 1/2 inch!

Feels much more expensive. In this price range most ratchets have terrible plastic handles. The ride is silky smooth and the large trigger is a plus. The selector lever can easily be switched unintentionally, but I can live with that. Sockets and extension cords are securely fixed. The thick chrome finish makes cleaning easier. It arrived just in time today for use in an automotive suspension project, so after a few hours of heavy use I formed an opinion. Every once in a while I feel like I'm…

Good ratchet for the price

Good ratchet for the price I needed a 1/2 socket wrench for a project. My 1/4" just didn't work. It's a great price but I thought it would be ok, maybe for a project and then stop working. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it holds up. I put it in Used in situations where it takes a lot of work to loosen bolts and it worked well. This is additional edited information after 2 years of use. The lever still works well. But whatever you do - don't give your details to RidgeRock further, the…

So far so good: Wrench

I've only used this on two items so far, but they tend to REALLY stick and require a tremendous amount of work to loosen - removing and replacing the rear derailleur on older mountain bikes. This ratchet seems to be of excellent quality and did a great job even when I had to put a 2" steel pipe on it to get enough force to loosen the gears (NOT recommended you could break everything that way including oneself). Even after this extreme effort I don't feel any difference in the ratchet like the…
