The quality of this is quite good however keep in mind that it is for installation with a traditional clamping drain/panliner. Which is to say, it is NOT for curbless installations. I did not realize this until the return window passed. If you plan on using a topical membrane you'll need a style that has a flange to bond the drain to the membrane.

Though this is supposed to be stainless steel, it appears that the quality of the metal is sub-par. Good quality stainless steel shouldn't ever rust, but little over a month after installation, there are already rust spots on the drain.Client is very unhappy and so am I as the contractor that installed it; it is going to be a right royal pain in the wrong parts to pull out this drain and reinstall a better quality one. Buyer beware of the quality of this drain!

The drain is completely made of stainless with quality welds. It is installed in my master shower, done 2 days ago and we will be grouting the tile in the next couple of days. Looks really good, honestly I was sad to bury it in the shower pan material the drain looks that good. It was ordered about 2 months early for construction, and the box got beat up a little. Didn’t matter the drain is extremely well packaged and was perfect. Great product.

Excellent designed. The counter weight is perfect so when someone step on it it doesn't wiggle plus it includes a tool to clean the "filter" that collects my wife long hair.Update- what I meant by wiggle is that you can level it using the legs (counter weight) so when you pour the concrete in it keeps the level set so when you install the tiles you keep the slop. Measure the height of the tile you will be using and make sure that the top of the tray is less than that measurement.

The drain was cheaper than what you would find in stores but of the same quality. It definitely improves the aesthetics of the shower to a great extent. Highly recommend it!

Exactly as described, works great. Although I wish my installer heard me say I wanted it against a wall because I think it would look better that way but it works exactly as expected and is so much better than my original drain.

The 48 inch Neodrain linear drain is just what I needed for my curbless shower. The drain is located just in side the shower door and works great with the Quadrato grate pattern. Product is very sturdy and well designed.

never new about this style until my contractor suggested it. it's been in for a few months. no problems. looks very sleek and clean.

A local tile shop wanted to charge me $500 for the EXACT same drain. When this one arrived I noticed that it was of the exact same weight, quality etc as the one in the tile place. Great deal! It's installed but haven't used it yet. might update after all the tile is completed and we start to use it regularly.

It was the first time my contractor had installed this type of drain that is supposed to be tiled to match the floor. He said the drain itself was easy however the setting of the tile into the bar was a headache. This was partly due to the way the tile I selected fit into the drain cover.

So far everything seems to be as it should.Based on the installation instructions it should be a straight forward install.We have been sidetracked by covid so it will be another 2 weeks before we can give a more detailed review

We purchased this drain for our master bathroom remodel, I was immediately impressed by how solid it was, I'm not sure what the gauge is but the stainless steel is very thick. My contractor was equally impressed and he couldn't believe the price, installation went well and it looks great with the tile inset.

Purchased 3 sets for three showers remodeling. My contractor didn't use the two plastic legs and said it's optional. He had installed hundreds of these and hope he's right. Came out really nice. Half the price of the big box store. Hope it won't rust in the long run.

Do not buy this drain if you are doing a remodel! This drain is perfect on new builds and pours. After 2 days of non-stop Jack hammering, they still weren’t able to get the drain deep enough to get the correct slope. New Builds, New additions = Great shower drain

I priced one at local Plumbing supply house, twice as much. Ive been using my new shower for about 2 weeks, I do have to clean out the little strainer more often than I would like but thats my wifes hair, so cant blame the drain. gives a more modern updated feel.
