I bought this brace for wrist pain which I put down to overuse. This keeps your wrist at a neutral angle, which helps. However, it takes little work. I have awfully small hands but based on the measurements in the size chart I bought the small not the XS. It was still too small making it uncomfortable. I fell asleep in it and woke up to find I had taken it off in my sleep. Order one size larger. It is easy to put on and take off. That gives good support.

Bought 32 days ago. This is a strap that shrinks badly when washed according to instructions and is no longer used. I hope the seller reads this and tries to fix everything, but I'm not counting on it very much. The problem will not become known to the buyer under Revain's 30 day return policy unless the item is washed immediately after a few uses. Therefore, AMAZON'S POLICY OF RETURNS FOR THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS NOT PERMITTED.

I ordered size medium. I have small hands and wrists and am usually too small for these products. They were a bit big on the wrist, the extra fabric bunched up when placed properly on the velcro. I wore them for several hours in a day and the skin between my thumb and forefinger blistered. The thumb hole is made uncomfortable. Unfortunately I can't return them as I can't wear them anymore.

I ordered the larger ones and now they fit great, wetting the thumb holes, drying them over the "larger" pill bottle (which stretched perfectly, so not tight now) Also as for the "Velco" (it's sewn on correctly) you just have to pull it all the way away so it doesn't stick to the stretch to make room where you think it's sewn on! I bought these because I have De Quervain's tendinitis. I had surgery on both hands called De Quervain's release. I still have pain from hyperextending my arms.
