I ordered the larger ones and now they fit great, wetting the thumb holes, drying them over the "larger" pill bottle (which stretched perfectly, so not tight now) Also as for the "Velco" (it's sewn on correctly) you just have to pull it all the way away so it doesn't stick to the stretch to make room where you think it's sewn on!
