Like Nesco brand

I only used this for turkey on Thanksgiving. It worked fine. The only downside is figuring out how to brown the skin before removing it (perhaps by adjusting the lid to allow some air into the unit at the end of cooking). actually worked. I have a smaller Nesco roaster that is over 20 years old and has never had a problem with it so love this brand. Cleaning the removable liner is a little tricky given its size, but that's to be expected. Overall, I would recommend this roaster.

I ordered this large 18 liter frypot to simplify the harvest/canning season. I love the size and number of tomatoes I can process at once. The temperature control moves, perhaps too easily. If you touch him, he moves. So pay close attention. The rest of the temperature seems right. I have read the directions and pre-smoked the recommended 1 hour before use. Will not buy from Kitchen & Dining again

I may have a faulty appliance but it didn't get hot enough to cook. I have slow cooked many pork shoulders in the oven and it takes about 10 hours. Reheat the roast 1 hour before cooking, lower the temperature to 275 and add the pork. The next morning I expected to see it was almost done but it was still raw. I was about to throw it out for fear of getting food poisoning but decided to keep cooking it at 350. After about 3 hours of cooking at 350 I tested it expecting the meat to fall off the…
