The product itself is fantastic for those who are trying to maintain/gain weight due to illness. I would give this 5 stars. It has no flavor and can be added to oatmeal, smoothies, soups, etc. We have been using the product for 2 months with no problems. Then, as of summer 21, the product arrived with wiper rings on the packaging, indicating a definite leak.
