My father was a cancer patient and his doctor recommended this product during chemotherapy. It worked well for him and he kept his weight down. My 12 year old son asked me to buy this for him. He's underweight at 69 pounds and wants to gain some weight. My son says it's not good. He tried drinking a small amount of the single serving straight from the container and said it tasted awful. I tried mixing it with chocolate milk. He says he can taste it there and won't drink it. I mixed it with yogurt and he hated it and wouldn't eat it. I mixed it with a berry smoothie. Shake with mint chocolate ice cream. no I have 40 of these left in my closet and need to figure out what kind of food to sneak them into. My father swore they didn't taste of anything. I do not know.
