I don't have this disc. Doesn't charge after a month of use.

Error after one month. PC does not boot. Very disappointing. I don't think I would recommend this to anyone. It's worth spending the extra $$ and getting a higher quality disc. I installed Win10 and watched some YouTube videos just for fun. I never downloaded the game and never tried to do anything complicated. My computer did not start after a simple computer restart.

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • Waiting too long

Great for the price

Very easy to install if you have a motherboard with an M key slot. If not, getting a PCI slot is easy, just a bit more expensive. Overall a great product for the price, I've been using it for over a week now and the download and boot speeds are noticeably different than a regular hard drive.

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Something different

Great performance and value for this SSD

The price of NVME drives has fallen a lot in the last year or so, I've decided to buy one for an older system to replace the spinning drive that was in it. This Netac 500gb brought my old machine back to life! Loading times are halved and apps open MUCH faster. The screenshot for the speed tests was taken in a hard drive enclosure via USB-A. That's almost three times faster than the screen capture speed on my PC. Great drive with great performance!

Faster read and write speeds than advertised

A few weeks ago a friend of mine bought a 1TB Netac M.2 drive and told me it was the 256GB M.2 drive that came with it surpasses personal computer I just bought a CyberPowerPC gaming pc in December that came with a 256GB SATA SSD so I had to try it. Physical installation is as simple as a screw depending on where your motherboard slot is. In my case, the only M.2 slot is under the GPU, so I had to move it before installing it, but that's not a problem. If you want to use it as your operating…

Filling available slots on my desktop

I had an empty NVME slot in my new PC that needed some love. When I saw this product I decided to buy it. Installation took 3 minutes. This would take 1 minute if I had a magnetized screwdriver as I kept dropping the very small screw that holds the SSD in place. After that I turned on the machine, formatted the drive and now I have an additional 500 GB of ultra-fast storage. I tried copying large files from my other NVME SSD and I got around 300MB/s which is pretty amazing. If you have a newer…

Spend more for a better quality drive - it will fail in 2 months

I saw the price and jumped at the chance. I was happy to try this drive as my system only has one HDD and one SSD. It worked flawlessly for the first two months, the download speed was impressive in comparison. Shortly after that I had problems with the drive no longer showing up on my drives, all my previously installed files were corrupted and I had to go back to using my backups. It is a pity that this product did not suit me in a short time. So if you want something that will work for you…

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • No performance
