Great cables! Strong magnets and durable construction. However, they lose a star because the magnets are strong enough that the adapter pops right out of the port and sticks to the cable unless I'm VERY careful. Also, this is a patented design so it only works with this brand.

I've been using magnetic chargers for about a year and didn't realize they had a different connector type, in fact it looks like a better connection and design. It's a lot bigger though, so while I'll be using it for my Kindle, I won't be using it for my new Note 20 Ultra phone case. I like that I don't have to align the magnetic connectors when using it in my car, but the USB -C connector isn't quite tight enough in its connector, so it has a habit of getting stuck in the cable to stay when I pull out my phone instead of staying in the phone.

Got 3x 3.3ft, 3x 6.6ft and 3x USB c adapters today. The only thing that immediately struck me was how much stronger the magnets inside them are. I have used two other brands of magnetic chargers before and neither was very strong. You can lift my Note 10+ in a solid metal case. If you press on them from the side, they can still be detached quite easily from the ones used. That's the biggest flaw I see in them, but it's unavoidable and I'm sure a lot of people would benefit from breaking the tip

These things are great! I use one in my truck where I can now plug my phone in without wearing glasses. The magnet connects me! My wife uses an iPhone, I use an Android. Now we can share cables. A cable stopped working for me, but I didn't have time to contact the retailer for a replacement, so I can't comment on the warranty process. Excellent goods!

Now I have about 6 or 8 of these cables and they work great, nice that they come with multiple adapters so I can have fewer cables with more devices The only thing I don't like the LED. I thought it would be a nice feature, but in a darkened bedroom it darkens the entire room. I constantly have to find something to throw at him at night so the blue glow doesn't disturb my sleep. I know this is a feature and not a bug, but in my personal opinion the LED is definitely brighter than it should be.
