For the price I would be fine if they sent me a package with parts to solder together

I first tested this with a 6ft cable. It is measured in 2M. close enough for me I used fresh batteries, I suspect this won't work with weaker batteries, but I can't confirm. I then used it to quickly diagnose what was wrong with a Cat6 barrel I didn't want to pull again. We had to crawl about 35-40 meters under the house through mud, rocks, broken glass and insulation. First it showed a break at the other end, I opened the panel and the keystone bushing fell apart in the wall. Glued, checked…
