My facial skin is extremely sensitive and this moisturizer didn't irritate my skin at all. I have always loved Neutrogena products. I ordered another Neutrogena moisturizer a few weeks ago not knowing it had SPF 15 and it burned my skin and I couldn't use it but this Neutrogena sensitive skin moisturizer has no fragrance or SPF and works great even in this cold New York. winter weather. I am very happy with it.

Well I am giving this moisturizer one star because of the pump container that this moisturizer comes in. That's convenient. Not flavored. Feels great in hands. I've been using it for 3 days and it's caused a huge breakout on my face! I was hoping this would help my combination skin but instead it just made things worse. If you like Neutrogena Tonic as part of your skincare regimen, don't add it either. COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT. MONEY IS LOST.

This is a good moisturizer but it will NOT work at higher temperatures. Even with a little physical energy, or stepping into a wetter place, you get a thin layer of what I can only call mucus. It's as if the moisturizer that has so well absorbed into the skin is rehydrated and flowing out after application. With all this, it works well in the fall and winter.

Throw everything else away if you live in the south. This is what you need for medium-sensitive skin.
