🌿 Neutrogena T/Sal Shampoo: Effective Dandruff Treatment, 4.5 Ounces Review

This is a great shampoo when it comes to getting rid of itching and pimples along the forehead line. My forehead pimples have significantly disappeared after I stopped using various comedogenic shampoos. However, it dries curly hair a bit, but I feel like it really made my curls more defined. I like it as it has helped with my blackheads. would recommend.

I'm only giving four stars because I've only used it once and want to see what it can do with multiple uses but I have very troublesome hair genetics I have dry itchy scalp, but greasy hair. There was a sudden exacerbation of scalp psoriasis. I bought this after being prescribed medication and updating my shampoo arsenal. All of this improved red spots, itching/stinging and hair quality. I still have growths on my scalp (peeling). I bought this along with the T Gel Extra Strength Tar formula. I have to order these from the UK as they are not sold here. I have a very irritated scalp. This is the only shampoo that hasn't stopped working after a few months. The bare minimum of ingredients works well with my scalp and hair. It can be a little drying as I only use this shampoo regularly but I make sure to leave the conditioner in for a few minutes after use. Great for scalp in certain conditions but dries out hair. However, it is gentler on the hair than ketoconazole. I sometimes add Lipogaine Shampoo to my shampoo and always use Lipogaine Conditioner afterwards. But without Neutrogena T/Sal I have more scalp infections due to ringworm, an inflammatory condition that causes hair loss. Lipogain restores hair density, volume and softness.
