This mouthpiece is huge. Shuts you up I followed the instructions on fitting it to my mouth. It was sticky and my jaw hurt for 2 days afterwards. I didn't realize the return window was short so I don't have the money

I've thought about buying this mouthpiece for a very long time and now I regret it. No real differences to other mouthpieces. This keeps your jaw from moving, but it's a very hard mouthpiece with very little biting lining.

This is a gift for my fitness partner. I bought two of these. I use every day when I work. I was very skeptical about the functionality of this item. But was I surprised. It works wonders. I love this product and many of my other friends do too. This mouthpiece will withstand even the toughest bites and will last forever. Although it may tear a little if you put it in hot water, the first easy fix is to pull it back while it's still hot. While it may not give you the magical ability to move mountains and throw cars, I do notice a small difference in my results and I highly recommend this product to any serious lifter.

Bad: -expensive cheaper alternatives probably just as good, mouthpiece comes with carrying case but doesn't come with a shaker as it shouldn't be a big deal but for the price it should have been included. heavy 1rpm or hardcore round. When installing, please be patient and do not boil the mouthpiece, the bridge is not rigid and is easily deformed or weakened.

The product works well but the instructions must have been written by someone who lives at 10,000 feet.
