I don't have wide feet, but the shoes aren't wide enough either.

My feet are not wide. I'm a tall skinny guy. All the standard shoes I've worn were wide enough, but putting them on was painful even after untying the laces. I'm a size 12 and the length was good but the width wasn't. I'm also not sure what's up with shoe manufacturers these days, but judging by the weight (or lack thereof) of these boots, it doesn't seem like they'll offer any protection to my feet in anything other than a light drizzle. . It feels like they are made of paper. Overall, while…

Wide is not wide at all.

I ordered wide shoes because I usually prefer wide shoes without laces. I have another pair of New Balance men's overalls in the same size 7w and they fit perfectly. Upon arrival, I quickly tried to put them on, it wasn't a quick process. If you are a true wide angle (2e) this is not for you. There are no real concessions when it comes to the material to put on and take off. I put them in my closet in a box with the thickest winter socks I have, put them in, they barely stretched, I'm trying…

1 pair of 4 fits perfectly.

I've been buying New Balance men's sneakers for a very long time, about 20 years. Over the years I have bought the same size 13/14, EE Wide and they have always fitted very well. My foot is 13.5 EE and I can usually fit 13x wide and 14x wide. Of the last 4 pairs I bought in July 2020, only 1 pair fit. If it weren't for Covid-19 I probably would have gone to the local store after the first bulb didn't fit. I've heard that NB only makes a very limited percentage of sneakers in America and the…

Good but doesn't fit like others NB

I've worn more pairs of 574s than I can remember and most recently had to discard the now extinct 1320. Always had a size 12. They looked like a combination of both – firmer heel support and construction like the 574, but with a softer foam midsole like the 1320. Flat feet move a little inside the toe, even with the added orthotic. A deal breaker for me, however, is the sock-like construction. It tingles at the top front, at the entry point, feels like the top is tied very tight but the bottom…

Super comfortable but not very soundproof

I bought these as a birthday present for my boyfriend. The first time he put them on we walked for about 2 hours and he said his feet were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the material on the toe box is not super insulating. I'm sure it will be fine in the summer but considering he got them in the winter and then started wearing them I think it's still important to keep that in mind. I'm thinking of getting myself a matching pair because they look so pretty!

Pros
  • understandable even for the old ones
Cons
  • No machine gun

I would love to give them 5 stars because they were my favorite pair of shoes but the fact that both shoes wear heels inside where your Achilles is in just a few months. Without that pad, whenever I was there it was nothing short of a bubble city, which unfortunately is the case now, only knowing I don't really plan on running much. I've bought about 8 pairs of NB's in the last year and a half alone and these have easily been my favorites (247, 009 and 574 Sport, deconstructed between mesh…

Pros
  • Very impressive

  • Makes me angry
