I am very, very happy with these shoes. My son who is picky about shoes wears them. We got them cheap, which is even better. He's not rough with them. He plays football and sometimes tiptoes. So he doesn't play with them like some kids do. He's a soft kid. I can't say anything about durability. They will make good athletic shoes at school. The width options are important to me.
