The products are soiled and are SMALL about half a size smaller. It wouldn't surprise me at all if the place where the product is made was resized to the right size to produce more product. I grew up in America and I would say these shoes run small but are very comfortable. I can walk in them all day, my feet don't hurt but my toes hurt.

These are great shoes! Except that the right midsole was defective. Hard dent in the middle of the right boot. It took me a few days to figure it out. I wear orthopedic insoles and thought my orthosis was broken. Swapped them for another pair and all is good. Too bad I couldn't return, factory wedding. Otherwise great shoe, looks good, durable.

Shoes with good stability. Personally I really like the high back and sides as my ankles feel like they are in a cradle and I never feel the shoe come off. Sometimes when I walk for a very long time, especially when my gate is bad due to arthritis, I get pain on the outside of my sole probably because it blocks the gate when I try to get in. I have purchased NB several times in the past with great results - fit, durability, looks. I had slight heel pain during this time (walked in sandals too often!) and did quite a bit of research - Ergo NB and already worn a few times - great results; comfort, support, etc.

Go far! The first pair my husband ordered for me (a Christmas present) was my usual size 8. I liked how they looked - I got the coral color. But they bruised my legs terribly - both the toes and toes, even just testing them on our home carpet. Having both plantar fasciitis and peripheral neuropathy, I definitely couldn't wear a pair of shoes that made my feet hurt even more than they do. The whole point was to get a good, comfortable pair of hiking/running shoes. Looking at other reviews saying

New Balance are great shoes. I wear 860 as often as she does. v11 is better. Wide toe and narrow heel. Good support without stiffness. I use my own orthotics. Tried v12, not as good as 11.

I received these shoes today and was disappointed by how horribly bad these shoes are. Very stiff, no cushion, my feet started to hurt after walking on it for about 30 minutes. Don't waste your money, I will refund it immediately. 😡😑

The shoes were very comfortable and great for walking and running long distances until the Fresh Foam sole started to crack. Now, after only a few weeks of use, the shoe is no longer suitable for the distance. The upper failed long before the tread wore out. I won't be going back because I've been using them for 2 months but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I just love them, I walk 85% of my day and usually my foot kills me at the end of the day but with these shoes my feet feel a lot lighter and feel more balanced when walking.

I used these shoes 3 to 5 times a week for 1 to 1.5 hours. I have never used them outdoors and they are comfortable and I bought them because I have another pair of these that I wear outdoors for running and walking. The pair I'm wearing outside is holding up well, but the pair I bought in December and only wore inside are falling apart/one of the lace holes ripped so I'm not sure how long it will be before I she can no longer lace lace. ? Is there a warranty or replacement for this shoe?

These shoes were very narrow, although they were called "Medium". Sent it back and picked up the New Balance training shoes which are similar to the pair I replaced.

I bought it at a local store and found it here! I bought a few pairs just because they give my foot good support. Aside from being great for working out, I have a pair for just staying at home and doing chores.

This shoe fits as expected, is very comfortable yet very supportive. I use it for fitness exercises and it holds up very well. Very good stuff.

I've been a long distance runner for (31) years and have walked many miles in MANY different brands of running shoes. You name it, I ran into it. When I take off a pair of shoes and buy a new pair, I sometimes switch to a different brand of shoes for various reasons. Favorite shoe but I am adding a new compensating sole but they are very comfortable and this is my second pair of the same shoes in a year.

I am a registered nurse and I work 12 hour shifts. I also have problems with overpronation. These shoes were a godsend! Hands down, best shoes!

These shoes broke at the plastic point where they laced after 3 months of wear. The company that did the job, Marathon Sports, will do nothing in 30 days, there will be no New Balance. Not acceptable for a $130 pair of shoes.

I was looking for the New Balance 860v11 because the 860 is great for correcting overpronation and I've read reviews that the v11 is wider at the tip than the v12. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case. If you need a wider toe, just buy the wide size (D). Width aside, this is a great shoe with a great balance of cushioning and stability.
