Disappointment! This thing destroys every veg I put in it. The crank end just makes a hole in the veggies I use. For another $100 I could buy a kitchen utensil with a vegetable roller attachment!

This Chiba PeelS is an amazing machine. Makes super thin slices/rolls from almost any hard vegetable. should last a lifetime, a little pricey but well made so you get what you pay for

Ahhhmazing. I'm a sushi chef, I worked in a restaurant where one of them was. And I had to get it. Cooking daikon by hand takes forever and risks cutting off your thumb. I received it and brought it to my restaurant, as a result I cooked daikon and beets. Love it you should get one. Too bad they were cheaper. But it works
