Excellent quality and much lower cost than any other supplier. Because it's designed for a full sheet pan, it's too big to fit in a standard oven, but perfect for a commercial oven. I am a pastry chef and have been using it daily for over a month. It withstands high and low temperatures in ovens and does not warp in the dishwasher. Soooo glad we bought it from a top tier supplier instead of the $200 unit.

First of all I see so many negative reviews. Most of it is how the batter flows out etc. etc. First of all, it's an extension. It's designed to fit in your baking sheet! EVERY sheet pan is completely different. If you can find an extension that fits EXACTLY the size of your pan, then that's good for you. If you are not satisfied with this product, buy a cake pan, one-piece, with straight edges, note that prices may vary! In general I like it.

there are no complaints about the build quality. It's a strong, reliable design. Where I was disappointed is that it fits. I was expecting it to wrap around the edges of the tray in a standard 1/2 sheet tray but lost 1/2 inch in each direction. So it's just loose in the 1/2 sheet tray. So the question is, why did you narrow or cut off the corners? This only makes sense if the extension is to fit snugly against the inside of the rim of the pot.
