We received these to replace the forks in my aunt's stainless steel cutlery. Her assistants appeared to accidentally throw the ones from her kit in the trash along with the paper plates. Received today. The measurements I took on three spoons were; Holds 1/2 tablespoon liquid, 0.8 ounce weight or 23 gram weight.
