I wanted to love it like this but it was a nightmare!

So when I first got it I was so excited, it was so cute, light and beautiful and it had everything I wanted in a new laptop! I left for a 10 day trip the next morning and wanted to take it with me to keep a journal along the way. I opened it, went to start windows, logged in, it said update windows, the screen went blank in the middle and after that I couldn't do anything. I called support and they couldn't help me saying it was a software issue. When I got back from my trip I contacted Revain…

Brand new notebook: Computers & Tablets

A brand new, fresh HP notebook. This works very well. It's perhaps worth considering that there are no gimmicks in the kit - there's only a laptop and an adapter for charging - no mouse, laptop cases, etc. But the laptop itself seems very capable. Had to return this

We ordered this laptop for our teenage daughter who loves the small size. and beautiful looks, and also thanks to the good experience with HP so far. Unfortunately, it kept turning off spontaneously, without being able to turn it back on. We only received a bad model. No - I ordered the same laptop and had the same problem So he's back too Big disappointment from HP.
