I had a sprain and didn't want to use an ankle bandage as it was too bulky. This was perfect as you can use it as an ankle brace while not having to worry about clips or knots to keep it in place. The film sticks to itself. If you take it off gently after use, you can reuse it.

I broke my elbow last year. I no longer need a splint, bandage, etc., just a light bandage. it curled up and tore when I wrapped it around my arm and stuck together so tightly that it was immediately thrown away. I'm a medical doctor and I've been really trying to figure out how this works. Was very disappointed with this product.
