Great product and even better support

I like that it's super user friendly for our sales team as well! It allows us access from anywhere with an internet connection - no desktop needed (and we are all remote). The customer service can be hit or miss depending where you're at in their system but overall they've been great about responding quickly when there has actually something wrong going on rather than just "it doesn't work" every time someone calls them out :) We were looking into different alternatives after being disappointed

Useful, effective project management tool

The interface for my customers view allows them to see exactly what's happening in their projects with ease! It can be used by all levels within an organisation providing a clear overview without being too overwhelming. There are some features such as submittals not currently working but that is easy enough to amend/correct so no complaints there. I think this could definitely use further development if it was still supported under SAP PPM and therefore continue using their product until they…
