Description of 🔌 NGK (7783) RC-TE65 Spark Plug Wire Set - Premium Performance and Reliable Ignition

Set includes 3 wires (Coil Lead N/R). Variable pitch winding delivers ultra-low resistance, a powerful spark and outstanding EMI/RFI noise suppression. Numbered for easy cylinder identification and coil wires are color coded for correct and easy installation. Positive-locking, corrosion-resistant stainless steel terminal ends for tight fit and maximum resistance to vibration and separation. High-temp (250°+ C / 482°+ F) silicone outer jacket resists moisture, oil/petrol and cracking due to temperature extremes.

Very good, works well

Been a few months, seems to work well. The MPG has improved, but probably because of the new spark plugs that were replaced along with these wires. I particularly like how they were numbered to ensure the firing order was correct.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Easily repairable

Top Quality Exact Factory Replacement

Toyota Avalon 1996 3.0L 1MZ-FE V6 Everything went smooth for the setup. These wires were exact replacements for Toyota's factory wires. They are blue against the factory grey. They fit perfectly in factory wire machines. Great cable set.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Zero

Great plugs for the price.

These connectors are much cheaper than those found in auto parts stores. They have a clue as to which cylinder it should be connected to, but make sure you figure out which one to connect to before starting the car as they are different lengths. Excellent connectors and good seals.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Available in black only

big wires, lousy dusters, engine misfires

The kit is well made except for the boots that connect to the tops of the ignition coils on the front of the engine. The metal portion of the connector housing is about 5mm (1/4 inch) too short to make good contact with the connectors on the ignition coils and because of this my engine (3.0 liter in a 1998 Toyota Sienna) misfires frequently.

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • Disappear

Fits 1999 Toyota Camry XLE V6

Great price and a lot cheaper than car dealerships. The wires seem to be of excellent quality and I like the colour. I myself have never changed the wires on my car and thought I would need 6 wires because I have 6 spark plugs, but no, on my car you only need 3 spark plug wires because the front 3 spark plugs are under the ignition. Coils that have a connector that goes directly to the spark plugs.

Pros
  • This is fantastic

  • I vaguely remember

Not suitable for 1999 Avalon!

Product does not fit 1999 Toyota Avalon. I had to re-order the original Toyota connector cables to get them to fit properly. I reinstalled old spark plug wires after changing spark plugs and wires until the Toyota wires arrived. All of these wires are the same length and not long enough to connect a back row and a front row. The cables frayed when I tried to thread them through the original Toyota plastic cover, making them impossible to return. Be sure to order the genuine Toyota because the…

These cables appear to be of good quality. However

In my previous review below, I thought the wires were mislabeled. They weren't. I foolishly thought that the longest wire goes from spark plug coil 6 to spark plug 5. Be sure to google the schematic. Because of the gasket on the Camry's 3-liter V6 engine, it's easy to mix up the wires. These cables appear to be of good quality. However, when I went to install, the wires were numbered incorrectly. The spark plug wire for 5 was marked 3. And the spark plug wire for 3 was marked 5. I found this…

Fix my annoying P0420

I've had the infamous P0420 on my Avalon 98 for years. I've tried so many things, repaired the exhaust port, replaced the O2 sensor twice, replaced the valve cover, spark plugs (iridium), cleaned with sea foam . Nothing works. Then I saw this as an app suggestion after I bought a spark plug and thought I might give it a try. With the price, you lose an hour or two for a replacement. I did that and the gas tank went through with no problems. The sensor rotates normally, it is ready for testing…

First class wire set that works as well or better than the OEM version

I have replaced an aging spark plug wire set with this set. Replacement is easy as the wires are cut to different lengths to suit their location and each wire is labeled with the number of the cylinder it is connected to. I suggest you substitute one wire at a time so you don't mix them up. The new wire is the same length as the old one. Looking from the front of the car towards the engine, the next cylinders are numbered 2, 4 and 6 from left to right - these are the cylinders that connect to…
