💡 NGOSEW LIGHT BULB: Compatible with Bernina 1020-1530+ Sewing Machines Review

I've been looking for a lamp to match my Bernina for several months. This light works great, now I'm back in business and will be getting another one for my sewing kit.

This bulb differs in shape from the original Bernina bulb. It's shorter and rounder. After repeated attempts, I could not install it with the lamp replacement tool.

This bulb is not a good replacement. It worked for a brief second and now the light on my 1260 Bernina is shorted out. Nothing special, refund my money and fix my car.

One bulb is crooked and clearly defective, the other does not work either. Since I couldn't install them without the lamp replacement tool that I ordered later, I missed the return window. Not happy with that!

Nice try, but the bulb actually shipped is not the same shape or brightness as the working one. "6.3 V 0.15 A" is stamped on the metal. My Bernina lamp has 6V4W stamped on the metal. The lamp that came with it has a shorter lens that doesn't quite fit the lamp changer that came with my Bernina 1090. Much luck!

Thought I found a replacement bulb for my old Bernina 1020. Not even close. This pear is smaller and darker. I might as well leave the machine in the dark and sew without the light. The postage is not worth sending it back. Visit my Bernina dealer to find the right lamp. Don't waste your 8.00

Unfortunately these bulbs are not as bright as my previous bulbs and it was monstrous to fit into a car even with a special tool made for the purpose and specifically was developed for these lamps. We had to glue the bulb to hold it in the mount so we could install it. On the other hand, although it is written that this is for Bernina 1030 machines, the bulbs are a bit shorter than the ones I had with the car. I think the best I can say is that a little bit of light is better than none!
