    Mittens my pros and cons

The mittens appear to be of good quality but my daughter struggles to wear them. Her thumb doesn't go up very high, so I scaled down. They run big.

    Pros
    • I like the long cuff. Mittens no longer fall off during gameplay. The hands stay dry too. Great glove for kids that is worth the money!
    Cons
    • Impractical for everyday use, possibly only suitable for winter sports.

Fly from your hands. good for me

The large clasp around the clasp was a good idea, but it leaves a large gap around the wrist for snow to get in and gloves to fall off while playing and waving. . Looking for something better.

    Pros
    • Our 3 year old loves these mittens as they are easy to put on and keep his hands warm!
    Cons
    • Insulation can shift over time and reduce efficiency

Good gloves but broke after 2 months of accidental wear.

Gloves have a hole after occasional use. Bought for my granddaughter for Christmas. Started wearing in January and noticed a hole on 3/22/2018. It's not a tear... it's a seam where it joins the palm material.

    Pros
    • I have size 6-8 for my son, he is 7 years old and weighs 50 pounds. Too big for his hands, they are big otherwise good quality.
    Cons
    • Reflective material may cause irritation or discomfort in some children.

Exactly what I wanted for my opinion

For the price they are awesome. We had a severe winter storm and my kids (3, 3, 5) played outside in <20F for an hour with no problem.

    Pros
    • Bought these gloves for a snow tube tour and my daughter loves them. Keeps you warm and dry.
    Cons
    • May not be suitable for sensory sensitive children

    The best mittens for kids!

We in the Midwest need gloves that work and perform perfectly in winter weather. My kids can wear them and they keep their hands warm and dry while playing in the snow. We have now bought several pairs as they hold up great!

    Pros
    • The straps are adjustable to keep the mittens in place.
    Cons
    • I was hoping they would stay with my 2 year old, we've tried so many gloves but they didn't work either.

    Great gloves for kids!

Love the adjustable wrist strap so they stay on! A 2 year old enjoys spending more time outdoors because his hands are warm and dry!

    Pros
    • The best design I can find on the market - allows you to slide in easily and your hands stay in place thanks to the easy drawstring closure.
    Cons
    • Limited color options may not meet all preferences

    Great pair of mittens

These mittens were bought for my granddaughters. They're warm, fit well, and are long enough to keep snow off them. They are waterproof so the snow doesn't get through. They're big enough for them, but they can still lift things with them. A good product!

    Pros
    • My grandson liked the gloves. I didn't understand that they creaked. Bonus. Fits just right.
    Cons
    • Reflective material can be distracting for some children

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

    Not waterproof in my opinion

Bought these for my 6 year old girl for a family ski trip. The gloves didn't last more than 2 hours dry (although the day was sunny), they only played in the snow. I hope I spent a little more money to buy Columbia or North Face.

    Pros
    • Bought for my son when it snows. They work well but are too small for a 4 year old. He won't fit in next season.
    Cons
    • I used them on skis and they weren't waterproof at all. My children's hands are frozen

    Great fit: my review

After using them on the baby for a year they have held up great! Durable, beautiful material. He plays rough in the snow and they hold up great. Good product.

    Pros
    • I liked the longer cuffs as snow often gets caught in the sleeve of the jacket. They are perfect for my toddler in winter UP.
    Cons
    • May not have enough padding for additional impact protection.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Put them on in front of your coat so they don't fall off.

I had trouble keeping the gloves on my 4 year old daughter until I put them on before putting on her coat. Now they never fall off and keep hands warm and dry.

    Pros
    • Got this for my 1st grade son, great for a winter in Chicago (including digging wet snow and building a snowman)
    Cons
    • Not suitable for children with certain hand shapes or sizes

Warm gloves are the best in my rating

These cute mittens keep my grandson's hands dry and warm. It's the same brand of mittens he's wearing now. Thanks for attention!

    Pros
    • Heat and waterproof! Nicely done.
    Cons
    • The reflector material may wear or fade with use

    Revainrating 1 out of 5

Do not buy! the best in my rating

Don't buy these mittens! They ripped after wearing them once. They didn't last long and were of very poor quality. Don't waste money!

    Pros
    • Worn for 2 years and still great. Keeps hands warm and withstands washing. We hang to dry.
    Cons
    • Polyester material may not be as durable as other options.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    They fit and warm

They fit, feel warm and are water-repellent. We had no more snow to test with. My problem with the product was shipping and delivery. This happened almost a week later than expected. For this reason I will probably not order again.

    Pros
    • Very comfortable and feels very warm while keeping hands dry.
    Cons
    • May have a strong odor or odor from manufacturing

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

A bit big in my rating.

They were great but too big for my 2 year old grandson. Now, no matter how hard I squeeze my wrist, he instantly manages to shake her off. It would be helpful to have a longer wrist edge so they can tug on coat sleeves to make them harder to shake off. The good news is that he will grow into her.

    Pros
    • Perfect gloves for my granddaughter on cold snowy days!
    Cons
    • Mittens cannot sit securely on all children's hands.

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

Not for forest school, but okay

The main downside is that the wrist isn't waterproof at all. For a normal day in the cold, very warm and excellent mittens. Easy to dress my 3 year old and sometimes easy to dress my 1 year old. I bought these for my 3 year old to wear to forest school when he plays in the mud and creek in the cold. They weren't waterproof, just water repellent. And I realized that they have to go up the arm so water or dirt doesn't get through the wrist. Even when tucked into an Oaki raincoat, they still got…

    Pros
    • They are warm and don't get wet.
    Cons
    • May not fit over some winter jackets or coats.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

    Vause! Large! Remain. Waterproof. Warm.

I love these baby mittens! The cuff is long and protects the sleeves from snow and cold. They are waterproof and warm. We played in the snow for over an hour and I checked my kids hands when we got in and they were dry and warm! Puffy enough to stay warm but still use hands to collect snow, make snowballs and collect toys. Great fit with adjustable Velcro on the back of the hand. Just bought another set for my nephew for Christmas. The bright colors make them easy to find. I would highly…

    Ideal for the little ones

At first glance, they didn't look like longer and more ordinary gloves. However, once I put them on our baby, they are almost up to the elbow. They are perfect for storing gloves. We put them on in front of her jacket and they stay in place. I would recommend them.

    Pros
    • My kids love these gloves.
    Cons
    • Cannot grab certain items with gloves.

    Revainrating 2 out of 5

    Not waterproof in my opinion

My son's hands were wet, although this indicates water resistance I can't say I expected them to be ideal for snow but I was naturally hoping that the result wouldn't be as bad as it was. The thing is, I wouldn't recommend it.

    Pros
    • Perfect fit for my 4 year old
    Cons
    • Does not let air through, which makes hands sweat in mittens.

    Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good buy for my 4 year old

My son loves the snow but when I used regular gloves he would panic because he couldn't get his fingers through the finger holes. I'm sure every other parent with toddlers has had problems at some point lol. I chose them because they looked nice and sturdy and had good water resistance, my son loves them. His hands never get cold, he can just put his thumb in the thumb hole. This made our outdoor play much more enjoyable. I would definitely buy them again.

    Pros
    • Good material to warm children's hands
    Cons
    • Not machine washable, special care may be required

    Revainrating 4 out of 5

Difficult to put on a small child

I find it difficult to put on my 2.5 year old son. The padding in the thumb section is turned inside out or twisted so he can't get his hand in properly which is very frustrating for everyone. We actually just tucked his whole arm into the other side of the mittens to keep him warm. Maybe it will get better with time but I don't think they are ideal for a very young child. My 4 year old daughter has no problem with it and loves wearing it. I increased it to the next size up and I think I should
