Nickson 169 Split Flange 1.75-2 inch Review

This is a good, low-cost alternative to welding. I would say actually temporarily. But it will work. Solid and made of good metals.

Used 2 of these with longer 3/8" x 3" studs (16) - for 2002-RAV4. I also bought lock washers. The replacement of rusted flanges on the silencer and tailpipe was practical. Would recommend and will use again.

The flange on my exhaust pipe was rusty and leaking, but everything else was fine. This saved me from having to replace the entire exhaust pipe. As long as there's some kind of bell to hold on to, it works great!

Worked great on my Saturn exhaust repair - right after the cat. You need two if you want to do between flange repairs. Clever idea, sorry I didn't think of that! I also recommend using Loctite. I've used red but not sure how long it will hold up in high temperatures. It's been running for a few months now, so far so good.
