I ordered these shoes based on online reviews saying they were great for flat feet. I will say they are very good at assisting with pronation issues and stabilizing your legs. Arch support is ok but to be honest I have an extreme case of flat feet. I walk a lot for work and this shoe not only looks great but feels very supportive. I could have ordered half a size smaller because I have a narrow foot but I think for a normal foot they are pretty true to size.

These shoes are VERY HARD and have almost no cushioning. My right heel started hurting after I started wearing these shoes. It took me a while to figure out what was causing the pain in my shoes. I've seen good reviews of them and since Nike shoes have always been comfortable for me in the past I naively thought they were the same. I threw away the wrapper and waited a while before putting it on. When I did I was shocked at how uncomfortable they were. Wearing them for more than 5 minutes, even while sitting, hurts the whole leg. Walking in them is like walking on concrete. The heel rubs. The toe is too narrow.
