At first I thought it was cheaply made and I wasn't impressed because part of the clock with numbers and hands is plastic. But I put in a battery, 1.5 volts, size N, and set the time. That helped. And then, wherever I put the watch, they never stopped being cute! On a table next to a potted plant and a candle in the bathroom: lovely! Put some knick-knacks on top of my jewelry box: adorable! I'll probably return it. The case and bezel are very nice, but the movement itself and the back are very cheap and tasteless, especially considering how nice they are supposed to look. The glass is actually plastic and looks like it was made for a different frame (probably to minimize cost) so it doesn't sit properly in the case. The case is a bit large for a watch part, so it sits on the frame, with a gap at the top and no gap at the bottom. Considering the price it seems ok but not what I was

I bought this little clock to hang in my dressing room. It's absolutely perfect. This is a small ladies watch. Beautifully designed and well made. When you look at it you will never guess that this is a new watch, it looks like an antique Victorian watch that you would pay a lot of money for.
