I bought this camera to take photos and record some family events. I had an 8GB SD card that I have used on various cameras but when I used it on this Nikon it sucked. The camera only records 8 minutes before stopping. I had to press record every 8 minutes which was a bit annoying. The other issue is that the 8GB SD card wasn't even fully utilized.
