🥤 Ninja Professional Kitchen System Blender (BL685) Review

I've been using a much older Ninja blender for a long time and it's finally starting to wear me out. I bought this on a friend's recommendation and it's the BEST $250 I've spent in a long time. The fact that I used a food processor for dinner last night and NutriNinja for my morning smoothie speaks volumes about the versatility of this product! I never thought I'd be this obsessed with a blender, but here we are. Mixes smoothly and thoroughly. GREAT product, highly recommend.

If your smoothies are all protein powder and overripe bananas, then this blender might do the trick. Does a terrible job with the oats and celery I add to mine. Even chopped cabbage is wrapped around the blade and never processed. Went back to my Nutribullet Rx which is 100x better at handling real smoothies. Great product, does the job. HOWEVER, I believe this is a serious design flaw, particularly in the "Food Processor" part. I figured this design would prevent food from getting under the blade into that area of the grove, but I realized that wasn't the case when making diced frozen ground turkey chunks. It has found its way into this area and is difficult to eliminate. Something everyone should be aware of when putting raw meat into a processing facility. Take an extra step to clear this area…

We've had a Waring Pro 3 HP blender for 11 years so we've changed the jar twice and changed the blades 3 times.
