Noticed a stutter when pushing up the left analog stick, looked at the calibration tool when plugged into the computer and of course didn't realize when I picked it up, it goes in and crash out. Used for about 10 hours of gameplay. If I find a solution to this problem I will update the rating. UPDATE (September 1, 2020) - Customer service contacted via HORI USA website. I will add to this review what they are doing with my situation and update the review to reflect the solution they offer…

This is a decent controller.

It's been a little over a year since I bought this controller and now I'm confident about my experience speak. I have this controller. As the title suggests, this is a decent controller - it really is. I had a friend who recommended me to buy it, so I did because I was starting to get into Smash and I figured using joycons wouldn't help when using my game as primary Link wanted to improve (LINKS GO UP). When I first got this controller it was pretty amazing. The controller was pretty responsive

Pros
  • Anti-click analog joysticks and L/R and ZL/ZR quick release buttons
Cons
  • Hard to say
