Absolutely great for removing hard water or product and also for greasy hair. Just don't use it more than twice a week or your hair will become dry and frizzy. Once a week is perfect for me.

Good shampoo, removes plaque well. I've just started using it so I'm not sure how often to shampoo it but so far it seems to be helping. The bottle was taped shut, but it leaked a little. It was double bagged so it didn't spill a lot and washed up easily. I contacted the seller and they were very apologetic and took a percentage from my account so I figured it was very good customer service and would buy from them again.
