I gave 5 stars because it works exactly as described. After a 13 mile run, they were still holding on and protecting my nipples from chafing. The normal size fits my nipples, but if you think your nipples are bigger then you can go up a size. I will definitely buy again.

Personally I don't need them for shorter runs, but they do the job perfectly for longer runs. I've used them for half marathons and full marathons. Both times they stayed in place and just as important: they protected my nipples! If you have particularly sensitive nipples, removing them can be uncomfortable. But I would take it every day instead of the alternative.

Began to have problems with chafing while working, which was unusual as I've never had this problem before. I would also be very sensitive after a 5k run. Tough Mudder came on, put her in and there were no problems throughout the race. They've endured 10 miles of steep mud with no issues, so these things are holding up well. Just clean the area before putting them on and they won't fall off.

They work great. Not only do they help to prevent pain, they are hardly noticeable and adhere very well. How good could you ask? Well I forgot I put them on, showered, went to the gym, showered again and then slept in them and they're still there. I only remembered wearing them when I saw them in my order history.

I am training for my first marathon and every time I run for more than an hour my nipples hurt and sometimes they bleed. I've tried different types of t-shirts, band-aids, and chaff creams, but nothing has worked. until now! NipEAZE has completely fixed the problem. They are comfortable to wear, stay in place despite heavy sweating, don't look fancy and are relatively easy to remove in the shower. I am very satisfied with this product!

Ordered these for a half marathon as my pads tend to get soggy on long runs. I've noticed that it's nothing more than 3M Transpore surgical tape cut into neat little circles, but they work great. I put them on around 5am and completely forgot about them. I noticed they were still on me around 3pm and left them on until I took a late night shower. I don't think they were actually tested on live breathing teats before they were put on the market. let me explain.
