Hard paint should not rub off so easily when cleaning the surface. This is not a hard color. This is a wax marking similar to that used by dealers to place prices on a car's windshield.

It's a crayon like a pen, it seems like you have to use the cap to push out the color, but the cap isn't long enough even if it would push out something. Very dissatisfied, I cannot use them at all. would not buy again. The manufacturer keeps giving me different people who will not replace them or even tell me how to squeeze the color out of the pen.

I'm giving it three stars for two reasons: 1) because it's much smaller than I expected, almost ridiculously small. I was expecting something bigger, the size of MeanStreak or Sakura. And 2.) Because you need something strong, long and thin to push the color out. I found the nail does the trick, but it's definitely not the ideal design. Aside from those issues, however, it's like butter.
