🐭 Niteangel Silent & Durable 13.8" Chinchilla Wheel - Exercise Wheel for Chinchilla & Similar-Sized Pets Review

After a little over 30 days of use with my chinchillas the wheel fell out of storage. The wheel is heavy, dangerous and can injure animals if it falls. While it worked, it was quiet, solid, and worked well. Due to a design flaw in security I would not recommend this product

As other reviewers have said the bearing comes right out of the wheel and falls into the cage potentially injuring or locking your animal. I have contacted Niteangel and am requesting a full refund for both bikes I bought as I can no longer trust the other. If I don't understand this I will speak to Revain customer service about this company and their faulty products. I lost over $200 to them and am very angry.

I have 4 chinchillas and they love to run! I got this bike for her and I love it! It is very quiet and sticks very tightly to the back of the cage. The wheel comes with some really good quality tools to help you with the installation and the instructions are very easy to follow and it didn't take long for them to install the wheel. This bike is less than 3 months old. My Chins didn't use it for the first few weeks and accidentally used it overnight. One night while I was sleeping I heard a bang and when I woke up I saw that the whole wheel was lying flat. This could seriously damage or even kill my chin.
