Nitze Stinger Top Handle Grip with QR NATO Clamp - PA28-A Camera Cage Review

Love this pen. I bought it for my Canon C70. Actually I wanted to get a small rig crank, but I looked for Cold Shoe Nato Rails and found one from Nitze and that led me to this crank. I love the design, the quick release and all the attachment points. It's meaty so keep that in mind but I like it.

The abundance of 3/8 inch threads with dowel pins is amazing, allowing you to use accessories that won't come loose at the worst possible moment. The finger grooves are comfortable and help improve grip on smooth aluminum. I just wish it wasn't that heavy as it adds a lot of weight to the rig.

The Nitze Stinger Handle Handle Grip is a great mount for any camera, but I particularly like using it with my BlackMagic Pocket Cinema Camera. I can mount the mic and light anywhere on the top mount using the included nato mount. There are multiple 1/4-20" and 3/8" attachment points around the grip. Hand molding is also very convenient.

This is by far the best and most comfortable top handle ever made! I received these today and just ordered a second one for my B-camera! Pssst, don't tell my wife - I hope she doesn't read this 😜 No other top Henkel model can replace this one. I hesitated for several months to buy it because of the high price, but damn, the thing is top notch, I'm 100% satisfied! The investment is worth it 😊

I just have to say this grip is great! I did a lot of research and decided to try this Nitze overgrip based on the design features and positive reviews. At first I was nervous about the price but I have to say this is one of the best things I've ordered in a long time. Absolutely NO regrets! It is built like a tank and light in weight. But I prefer the extra weight and in my hands it's amazing. Buy this pen! You will not regret it.
