We have hourglass remotes that never had a bracket. We've been sticking them to the wall for years. We recently renovated and wanted a more finished look. Bought two of these Revain rectangular holders for our odd shaped consoles hoping the dimensions given in the sales info are correct. It was and looks great. Very easy to install and durable.

Very easy to install, the fan remote sticks next to the switch for easy access and no searching. (if returned to bracket) I bought 4 fans that didn't come with a remote control bracket. The only thing I would recommend the company is to make the smaller size available as I have added hard foam cut outs for my small remotes and lowered the price a bit or offered discounts if you buy 2 or more. Great product and no holes to drill.

I wish I had invented this. So easy to install and absolutely the best solution for my small fireplace remote control. Since my remote also has a thermostat, this comes in handy on days when I want to keep my living room at a constant temperature. Robust construction. Works with any switch. I bought this to carry a remote control for an outdoor string of lights. I wanted to keep it near the back door so I placed the holder next to the outside light switch. The holder is nice and sturdy and installation was easy. The only thing I didn't like was that "squeezing" this light switch behind the cover causes the cover to detach from the wall a bit. The product works because it holds my remote control so it does what I bought it for. The problem is that because of its thickness, my light switch cover no longer hugs the wall it's installed on - the piece holding this holder is thin, but not thin enough for the panel to sit flush. with a wall.
