Bad sensor from the start

The sensor was bad when it got to me. I get a code saying the sensor is defective. I changed it and it didn't matter. The entire fuel injection system was then restored to track the issue. Bought new from Autozone and my truck has never run better.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Useless features

Only 2 pins for sensors

Please note that this 2 pin version will not fit the 97 GMC Sonoma 2.2l as all 3 pins are needed to read the sensor and ECM. Bought several different sensors from Revain, didn't read 1 right, ended up just going to an auto parts store and bought a more expensive Ac Delco that worked great.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Obsolete model

Perfect for spares

Used to replace the check engine light for a faulty engine coolant temperature sensor in my 1995 Buick Roadmaster. The original connector on the wiring harness was also corroded, so both issues were resolved. Quick and easy installation. One star off because it's not made in the USA. It's made in Mexico, which is better than China in my experience.
