Not very good in home theater

The centering pin broke immediately. I had to use the old tape trick to label the contacts but it works. Get what you pay for I think.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Mostly good, but...

MALFUNCTION! Best in Home Audio

Absolute rubbish! It says plate current, not cathode, and when I received it one of the terminals was open. The lack of continuity gave me no clue. Don't waste your money.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Expensive

Works as it should, great price!

Plugs directly into my Texas Instruments voltmeter and does exactly what it's supposed to do. If you're swapping tubes, oh, it's important to preload the power tubes.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Senior Citizen

Like any other, it works fine. Buy it.

I needed two of these for a Marshall Haze 40 which has a weird displacement system. And it works fine. It is of the same quality as the one I bought from a famous American pipe seller many years ago.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Will write later

Great for adjusting the bias

I bought this to fine tune the bias current on my EL-34 power amps. This eliminates the need to solder wires to measure current. This little gem works great and greatly reduces the chances of me dying from electrocution.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Other

Great little tool: Home Audio

Makes it easy to measure lamp current without having to dig through wires and flip appliances and/or set up amplifiers to keep lamps clean and not bumping against countertops. I would have liked the cables to be a bit longer, but I used several extension cables and was able to measure without problems. Well done. The price is a little high just for the lamp socket and the short cords, but in my opinion it's worth it.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Concerns me

Badly done - home theater

Centering pin broke immediately. I had to use the old tape trick to label the contacts but it works. Get what you pay for I think.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Infinitely sluggish
