Best cooler for Ghost S1 if it works with your motherboard

This is the best cooler you can use for a standard Ghost S1 case. Cools well and is very quiet. Just make sure it is compatible with your motherboard. It matched the Asus Strix Z390-I and perfectly cooled the i7 9700k.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick start guide

It was a misunderstanding.

Update: After research it turned out to be so tight that side scratches are inevitable, but in terms of performance, it works like a glove. I stress tested for 30 minutes and got a stable temperature between 70 and 78. I am surprised by this result in this case. Would buy again. And sorry. Original review: My first and last purchase of a Noctua CPU cooler. I don't care if their products are the best they say they are. First impression of this company is disappointment. It scratches my case and…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled

Great cooler for its form factor

I've seen a lot of people say this cooler needs to be bent to fit but all I had to do was press it against the motherboard which Put the cover back on and you're done. They don't need to be bent. The cooler is very well made. But that's to be expected from a Noctua cooler. I have this on a Ryzen 7 1700x and it cools well, keeping temperatures below 70 degrees in my testing. The noise level is excellent and the installation/installation is also very easy.

Pros
  • Rugged build
Cons
  • No car

Noctua - Legendary quality

Along with two slim 140mm fans these were my first Noctua purchases and I am blown away by their quality. I cannot fault their craftsmanship and I expect them to last a very long time. They even added a rubberized film between the fan and the metal fins to reduce vibration. Really obsessive technique from this company and it shows.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Zero

Less product at the same price as before.

Nothing compares to discontinuing a product with two fans and reintroducing it with one at the same price. So thanks I think the product exists. They really should have included a 120x15mm fan. This would be ideal for Ghost users as there is room for a 120x25mm fan under the PSU.

Pros
  • Brilliantly Made
Cons
  • Disappearing

Suitable for 2U rack server with i7 Coffee Lake processor

Bought this server for a professional recording studio. Required for installation in a 2U server chassis and a cool i7 Coffee Lake processor under heavy use. This particular server is NOT a storage server. Its purpose is to provide additional CPU power and pretty much just CPU power, so naturally the CPU is heavily loaded and expected to always deliver peak performance. This server is always on and after about a month it does its thing.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some small things

Cooling Intel 11700k

This is the best cooler for Ghost S1 case. I've tried two other coolers and very poor results, plus the Noctua fan - silence. A very good cooler to be honest. I want to make a black version. I hope they add more heatpipes in the next iteration.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Repair

Same as 7 year old design; 120mm Noctua Fan AND Thermal Grease

I bought the NH-L12 7 years ago for $50. So the price is now $5 higher with this "ghost" marketing brand. A star is deducted because everything should become CHEAPER over time, not more expensive. The biggest downside of this kit is that we LOSE two things: * There is no 120mm fan in this version! (Yes, the old version had both 92mm and 120mm fans!)* This kit contains only a tiny tube of paste, barely enough for one application. The two attached photos show two heatsinks and two boxes. On the…

Fits Ghost S1 but has some play

With only a bottom exhaust fan the 3700X lasts around 90 when gaming, not great but not terrible either. The only problem is that I have to push the cooler against the motherboard to get the side panel to slide, and then when it's moved about 75% I have to push it again to get past the second edge on the side. Blackboard. He rubs the record and leaves a mark, but within the record that no one will see. I'm also planning to add two top exhaust fans, so I'll update the temp as soon as I do that.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Nothing
