Although it was junk

So I bought an 80mil Noico butyl muffler from them. I really didn't notice any difference in db in my exhaust when I installed this. Well I put this red Noico on top and I couldn't believe the difference. I wish I had before and after. I added Vibrant Resonators and didn't feel like they changed the interior noise much, but this stuff did.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Not an automatic

Great for covering: Insulation

This is my new standard for car soundproofing. I still use 80 mil butyl on problem areas, but that's for coverage. It is extremely effective against heat and tolerates noise quite well. It has some of the vibration dampening properties of butyl but is much lighter and easier to apply. I cut it out with scissors. You have to scrape the blades to remove the gum. Yes, it's expensive, but it's magical on the roof.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Not bad

Noico 315 million fits the body

I have used this product over 80ml Fatmat. So far I've done fenders, a hood (under the factory heat shield and muffler) and two front doors. It's very easy to apply, adheres well and by the time the project was about 25% complete I noticed a significant noise reduction. Another nice feature; The product consists of two laminated 1/8 inch pieces. In some places on the fender it was too thick. If you're patient and pry the corner, you can gently peel off the top layer and get a thinner piece if…

  • GOLS certified

Works and is fairly easy to use

So I live in Arizona and used this product to insulate a tow truck. I have used Kilmatt before and wiped it off before applying this product. A few parts didn't stick properly on the roof, but that may be because it's 110 degrees here too. I ended up having to use the truck before I was done and if I put my hand on bare metal or where the butyl kimat is you get warm. Where this product is it is much cooler and you don't feel the heat coming off the roof. I can't comment on the noise…

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • There are flaws

Excellent product for reducing radiant heat

I installed this on the ceiling of my car above the headliner to keep the inside temperature down in Florida/Georgia summer. At first I was worried that the radiant heat from my car would cause the material to sag over time, but after installing the first panel I found my fears were unfounded. The leaves are easy to work with, but for heaven's sake make sure the leaf goes where you want it before you stick it on. You will destroy the material with any attempt to delete it. The material also…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Some small details

This year I added a subwoofer to my car and used a Noico muffler in all corners of the trunk. I thought about buying this foam for the doors of my car. Apparently that's what I chose to do. I was hoping to further reduce road noise and get a little more sound quality from the Infinity speakers in the doors. I'm apparently very lazy, so far I've only done the driver's door. I first applied as much Noico muffler as I could fit and then applied cut squares of this foam. The application process is…
