Annoying to order this article at such a high price and not even get batteries with it. Now I don't have batteries, what's the use?

I was skeptical at first because of the weak feel but it reads accurately compared to other thermometers I already own and trust.

The item I received was not as pictured. The model number on the thermometer is correctly listed in the ad, but the product looks very different. It looks very cheap and poorly made. If you're desperate for a digital thermometer you might want to keep it, but it's hard to trust its accuracy when you've been scammed with the product itself.

This device really works because it shows the temperature every time. The problem is that it's impossible to replicate. I can take the temperature on my forehead, it's about a degree lower and changing about 3 tenths each time. I can put it on by ear - it's more accurate, but it still changes by the same three-tenths each time. I have a different device. bought elsewhere. ekakt and repeatable every time. You cannot rely on the accuracy.

Yes, I know it's all different places to take temps which causes some variation (nurses don't get upset), the thing is, it's useless if I have to guess what the actual temp is on this thing is. 1 star, point.
