Have been using it for about 2 weeks and it is very accurate. I set the clock using the US National Institute of Standards (NIST) available at time.gov. I suspect most people don't need this level of accuracy, but it's good for an honest review. After 2 weeks it is within 3 seconds - very good and independent of radio waves. It looks very nice in the kitchen and the second hand is a very nice movement with no ticking. One of the advantages of a quartz movement. We love it!

Looked good out of the box, but once battery installed it worked straight away. I like the silent movement of the second hand. However, when I hung the watch on the hook, I noticed that the second hand had stopped. I took out the battery (which was brand new) and put in another one (brand new). I like the 12 inch size of this clock and the easy to read numbers. I have it in my bedroom. I wake up in the middle of the night and can't see my digital clock because I don't wear glasses. This clock is legible in an almost dark room, although it has no luminescent numerals. The clock is accurate and absolutely silent. TIP: It was difficult to insert the AA battery.
