Not what I expected

I liked this bag in many ways. It was compact but quite roomy. The quality was excellent. I spent many hours examining the bag. Despite numerous video reviews and technical specifications from Skooba Designs, it turned out to be too small. It doesn't fit in the 3 ring binder, which unfortunately I have to keep using. But the worst thing for me was the strange smell. The company said it was adhesives and rubber. I left it on for a week and even let it air out on a windy street and the smell was…

Not for MacBook Air! (Too sharp!)

The bottom padding in the laptop compartment is insufficient. I've looked through dozens of cases and I've never had to be as careful as I did with this one when loading a 13-inch MacBook. I upgraded to a MacBook Air 13 shortly after receiving this case, the corner of the case was torn. The Air's sharp edges protruded and warped (bent) the MacBook's aluminum corner.

Good bag. A disadvantage.

I really like this bag. I was looking for a case that would take advantage of the Macbook Air's small size and have room for extra items. Despite its small size, it still fits everything I took with me in a large Brenthaven bag. Seems durable. The only downside is the lack of any padding around the corners of the laptop compartment. I had to add my own padding as mentioned in another review. Without padding, you have to be very careful when setting the bag down to avoid a loud rattle when the…

Wonderful!: Notebook Accessories

I bought this bag after a long and unsuccessful search for a new work bag. I often use my computer bag and put it on the doorbell. Everything from lunch to laptop to business papers gets stuffed in my bag, and to top it all off, I live with a Labrador Retriever who regularly rides my stuff (to show me love?). Not only is this bag efficient, it has held up admirably to the stress of being one of my possessions. I have the storage space I need without the excessive bulk of a traditional computer…

Great product fits laptop accessories

Great product; I've tested it several times for waterproofing (including taking it on a transatlantic flight) and so far it's holding up great, keeping my computer, papers and everything else completely dry. My only complaint is that it has an odd rubbery smell, but this trait may be unique to my particular bag and it seems to fade with use. If not, I buy deodorant. The foam padding for my 13-inch Macbook Pro seems to offer adequate protection, although I suspect the case is still vulnerable to
