Well packaged and received, no damage. The quality seems to match the price. 3 stars because it didn't fit my 10x20 vent. A gap of at least 1/4 on all sides. just watch out. Here's a tip: use masking tape to secure and fill in the gaps in the edges. This directs the airflow through the filter and not around it. Similar sized 3M filters fit well.

I got these filters but didn't use them for months until I got one 2 weeks ago. I was very disappointed. The filter (and all) is 1/2 inch smaller than the hole in my wall. He didn't fit in there and babbled from all sides. I've used a 3M filter before and it was only reduced 1/4 inch on each side, but this one is 1/2 inch. I have to use tape to keep it in place but next time I'll keep using 3M to ease the headache.

Very disappointed that these filters fit. They are at least 1/4 inch shorter in each dimension than the "filtrete" filters I substitute. These 10x20 filters are 9.5" x 19.5" while the filters I used are 9.75" x 19.75". , they don't fit snugly to the camera.
