I ordered these two Nordicware pans and the US pan at the same time and used it for the first time so there is no age difference etc. I baked the gingerbread and how you can see the ones baked in a Nordicwear pan cracked and I needed a spatula to scrape them off and some of the bottoms stayed in the pan while the USA pancakes baked smooth and separated easily without a spatula. I love pans like these and have had many in my life. Everyone else I know should like them too, as my inventory has been reduced from five pans to two. I initially thought it was a great baking sheet but after 4 months of using this baking sheet 1-2 times a week I now notice that when I wipe the baking sheet with a paper towel there is a noticeable one Layer of gray matter that remains (aluminum).
