I initially thought it was a great baking sheet but after 4 months of using this baking sheet 1-2 times a week I now notice that when I wipe the baking sheet with a paper towel there is a noticeable one Layer of gray matter that remains (aluminum). No matter how I washed this baking sheet or wiped it with a paper towel, there was always some kind of dirt behind it. I have never put this pan in the dishwasher. I would not buy this product again for this reason and cannot recommend it. Now I have a feeling the aluminum got into the food without my knowledge since I don't use parchment paper.
