Great presentation!

My new favorite bread pan! Gorgeous buns! Just remember to coat the entire surface inside with fat and then flour. I use a silicone pastry brush.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • No paint needed

Difficult to demould loaf

I liked the design but didn't like the difficulty of removing the baked chocolate loaf even though it was fully buttered and coated. There are some very thin lines in the design that the loft has stuck to. Still delicious - 75% of the design looked good. Just not that impressive for my event.

Pros
  • Fits many
Cons
  • Expensive

Nordic Ware Addicted Classic Corrugated Cardboard Bread Pan

I love ALL Scandinavian pans. This is one of many for me. This classic ribbed bread pan is decorated with beautiful lines. I kindly oil the pans with oil and have never had a problem with sticking. I use a fine bottle brush (after a little soaking) and it's not hard to do. I'm addicted to Nordic Ware and not trying to save myself.

Cons
  • I don't really like it, everything is fine

Yes, I wanted it, but.

Totally my fault for not reading the description but it's just a 6 cup loaf pan. I couldn't justify spending money on something so small so I sent it back. It's a shame because it really is that beautiful. I first saw it in a post about baking on Instagram and immediately wanted to do it. I figured I might get a second one so I could use it for a full size recipe, but that seemed about as silly as paying $32 for a loaf pan.

Beautiful bread pan! The bottom is probably scratched

This is a nice bread pan. The details and the gold color are great. The golden color scratched when I put the bread in and out of the oven, but I still like it. I'm sure the scratches will get worse with each use, but they're just on the bottom. Based on other reviews, I sprayed the pan thoroughly with cooking spray to ensure my bread didn't stick. It came out right away. Does not stick. It's a little smaller than my glass bread pan but still produces a good loaf size.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Very nice pastries! Best in Loaf Pans

Sometimes you just wish your loaf or coffee cake was a little more inviting. This is a great pan to get the job done. It is very strong and of even thickness. I add 10-15 minutes to some of my baked goods. What I do is sprinkle them with Pam (no baker because of the wheat). I tried Crisco - it didn't hit all the grooves in the pattern. Pam was *perfect*. After baking, I let it sit for 15 minutes and it tipped easily onto the garnish tray. My wife asked last night if we could make salmon rolls…

Pros
  • Like Everything Before

Baked brown butter pecan cake in this skillet and 2 other Nordic Ware 6-cup cake pans. I then glazed them while the cake was still very warm using Nordic Ware's formula on the sleeve of another Nordic Pan I previously bought. I ONLY use Nordic Ware and don't invest in any company, it's just high quality pans that are pretty easy to clean. After baking, pour hot water with washing-up liquid into the pan and leave for 10 minutes. I pour out the soapy water but don't rinse the pan and see if…
